Shipping & Delivery

At Plus WMS Solutions, we offer free shipping with every order.* The shipping method for your purchase is based on the product's size and destination. Smaller items within the U.S. tend to ship via USPS, while larger items and items shipped to Canada tend to ship using UPS or Fedex.

When will my order ship?

Your order will leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days for our warehouses or shipping partners.

When will my order arrive?

Once shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, your order should arrive within 3–6 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as it’s ready to be dispatched.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the 6th business day, please reach out to our Care Team at franceg668@gmail.com for assistance.

Can I change my shipping method or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, our Care Team cannot modify the shipping method or cancel an order once it has been placed. Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. We appreciate your understanding!

Where does Plus WMS Solutions ship?

Plus WMS Solutions ships orders to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.

Does Plus WMS Solutions ship internationally?

At this time, we’re unable to ship outside the U.S. and Canada. However, we’re working hard to expand our shipping options in the future!

At this time we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Does Plus WMS Solutions offer expedited shipping?

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (3–6 business days) is free for all products except select spare parts.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

No, you do not need to be home for delivery.

A signature is not required; however you can reach out to the shipper directly to request the package be held at a local facility for pick up if you have delivery concerns.
